Automatic Back-Flushing System

An Automatic Back-Flushing Filter System is a self-cleaning filtration solution designed to remove suspended solids from water and other process fluids without interrupting operation. The system continuously monitors pressure across the filter screen; when clogging is detected, it automatically initiates a backwash cycle. During this process, a small portion of clean filtered water flows in reverse through the screen, dislodging and flushing accumulated debris out through a drain valve.

This automated cleaning mechanism ensures consistent filtration performance, minimizes maintenance, and eliminates the need for manual filter cleaning or system shutdown. Automatic backwash filters are widely used in industrial, municipal, and commercial applications such as cooling water systems, irrigation, process water treatment, and pre-filtration for membranes.

By maintaining optimal flow and reducing operational downtime, the Automatic Back-Flush Filter System improves efficiency, protects downstream equipment, lower cost of operation and extends the overall lifespan of the filtration system.
